These Terms of Service govern your use of the Rizz Banana store and purchases from Rizz Banana. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked in the store footer.

Store use and eligibility

You must be able to enter a legally binding agreement in your jurisdiction to place an order. You agree to provide accurate information, use the store lawfully and keep account or checkout information current.

You may not interfere with the store, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful code, scrape or misuse content, abuse promotions, infringe another person's rights or use the store for fraudulent or unlawful activity.

Products and product safety

We work to keep product names, photographs, descriptions, dimensions, variant information and availability accurate. Colors can vary by screen and reasonable measurement differences can occur. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities or discontinue a product.

Choose products and sizes appropriate for the intended pet or person. Follow product instructions and supervise pets when appropriate, especially with toys, grooming tools, feeding products, stairs, ramps, collars and leashes. Remove a pet product from use if it becomes damaged or presents a hazard.

Store content is not medical, veterinary or other professional advice. Contact a qualified professional when health, behavior or safety advice is needed.

Prices, taxes and checkout

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Discounts are subject to their stated conditions and may not be combined unless expressly allowed.

We may correct pricing, inventory or typographical errors. If a material error affects an order, we may cancel the affected item and promptly refund the amount paid for it.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is a request to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm it for fulfillment, subject to payment, inventory, address and fraud review. We may decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

You authorize the payment method used at checkout for the order total displayed there. You are responsible for keeping payment and contact information accurate.

Shipping

Shipping estimates, delivery issues, cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns, Refunds and Order Issues Policy.

Products in one order may be processed or shipped separately and may arrive in separate packages.

Returns and refunds

Our Returns, Refunds and Order Issues Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Reviews and other submissions

If you submit a review, photo, video, suggestion or other content, you represent that you have the right to share it and that it is truthful, relevant and lawful. You grant Rizz Banana a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt and display that content for store operation and marketing, subject to applicable law and any consent controls we provide.

We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, unrelated or contains personal information. We do not offer compensation in exchange for positive reviews. Any incentive for a review must be disclosed and may not depend on positive sentiment.

Photos or videos submitted privately for support, returns or damage claims are used only to resolve the request, administer the order, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. They are not used in marketing without separate permission.

Intellectual property

The Rizz Banana name, branding, logos, designs, text, photographs, graphics and original site content belong to Rizz Banana or their respective rights holders. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit store content without written permission.

Third-party services and links

The store may use or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party sites that we do not control. Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

Relationship with Shopify

Our store is hosted and supported by Shopify. Purchases from Rizz Banana are transactions with Rizz Banana, not Shopify. Shopify may process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy and Shopify's applicable privacy notices.

Product warranties

Products remain subject to any warranties and remedies that apply under law. We do not offer additional warranties unless expressly stated on the product page.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rizz Banana will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the store or a product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct or other nonwaivable obligations.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Rizz Banana from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the store, your violation of these Terms or your violation of another person's rights.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits nonwaivable consumer rights. These Terms do not require arbitration or waive class-action rights.

Severability and waiver

If part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the store or legal requirements change. The updated version will show a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively to future use and orders unless applicable law requires otherwise.
